Reservations can be made at the Dancing Bear Inn by telephone or online. To make an online reservation or check availability for your desired dates, please complete the reservation form below. Online reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Reservations may be booked up to a year in advance via telephone (a 50% deposit will be required for all reservations beyond 6 months).

Privacy Policy:
The Dancing Bear Inn will not sell or share your information with anyone. All information is stored on our secure server until your transaction is complete at which point all credit card information is deleted. We do not send any credit card information by email nor do we recommend you doing so.
Reservation Policy:
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard) is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card must match the name of the guest staying and be present upon arrival. Your card will be validated immediately, but will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or a no-show reservation. 48 hours notice is required to cancel a confirmed reservation (see Terms and Conditions for complete information). Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the first night. Group bookings are subject to different cancellation periods.
All credit card numbers are verified for validity. Reservations submitted with an invalid credit card number will automatically be unconfirmed and cancelled.
